I embarked on my academic journey by pursuing a BS in Computer Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona. Throughout my undergraduate years, I honed my skills in circuit analysis and programming. In the realm of circuit analysis, I dedicated countless hours to utilizing tools like P-Spice, mastering the art of drawing circuit schematics, and analyzing circuit properties. My exploration extended beyond mere software usage—I eagerly constructed these circuits on breadboards and employed various engineering equipment, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies, to meticulously test circuit behavior.

When it comes to programming, I immersed myself in a multitude of projects encompassing diverse languages. Experienced in C, C#, C++, Assembly language, Java, and Python, I harnessed the power of assembly language to program a PIC18f microcontroller, employed Java to craft playful interactive GUIs, and utilized Python to execute computer vision tasks. Embedded systems and robotics emerged as my favorite programming endeavors, offering an enthralling fusion of hardware and software.

Soon after obtaining my bachelor's degree, I pursued further education and enrolled in Cal Poly Pomona once again, this time for my master's degree in Electrical Engineering. It was during my graduate studies that I discovered a passion for Robotics. The realm of Robotics enthralled me as it seamlessly melded hardware and software, striking a perfect balance. Throughout my time in grad school, I dedicated myself to independent projects that further refined my engineering skills. For example, I delved into the realm of 3D modeling with Autodesk Fusion 360, mastering the art of crafting intricate designs. Additionally, I acquired a Creality Ender 3 V2 3D printer and successfully brought my Fusion 360 creations to life through the art of 3D printing.

The skills I cultivated autonomously during my graduate studies have played a pivotal role in shaping my professional aspirations. Through my independent projects and self-guided exploration, I have developed a deep appreciation for the dynamic fields of engineering research, technical analysis, and innovation.

I embraced the opportunity to delve into areas of engineering that truly ignited my curiosity and passion. By engaging in independent projects, I not only expanded my technical expertise, but also nurtured a strong sense of self-motivation and a hunger for continuous learning. The freedom to explore and experiment allowed me to push the boundaries of my knowledge and discover possibility within the field of engineering.​​​​​​​
